TERMS OF USE

1. Nature of the service

CareWave Health provides a SaaS platform and an AI clinical triage system as a support tool. It is not a healthcare provider, does not diagnose or treat, and does not replace healthcare professionals.

2. SaaS users

The platform enables:

• User or patient follow-up
• Symptom logging
• Report generation
• Reminders (medication, follow-ups, etc.)

These outputs do not replace medical follow-up or professional care.

3. Professional use (triage)

The AI triage system is intended for professional B2B environments. Its output is indicative and must be validated by qualified professionals.

4. AI and limitations

AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. Accuracy for clinical decision-making is not guaranteed.

5. Responsibility

Users are responsible for how they use the service. CareWave Health is not liable for clinical decisions, diagnoses or treatments based on the platform.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal use
• No tampering with or attempting to breach the system
• No use as a substitute for medical care

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the platform, content and software belong to CareWave Health.

8. Security

• Encryption
• Access controls
• Least privilege principle

9. Availability

Availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or improvements.

10. Termination

CareWave Health may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these terms.

11. Minimum age

The services are intended for users over 16 years old. Users under 16 may only use the services with prior consent from their parents or legal guardians. CareWave Health does not intentionally collect data from minors without such authorization.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law.
